Healing Circle: Engaging in Art that Inspires Emotion

On Saturday 9/26 The Ahimsa Collective will facilitate a space of connection and reflection for Engaging in Art that Inspires Emotion. Through circles, guided prompts, and somatic practices, audience members will be invited to explore the various themes of the profound, impactful festival works. Together we will practice being attuned to our emotional responses without getting stuck in them. We intend for this container to offer restoration and resonance!
